How Caregiver Malaysia handles browser-based tools and information you choose to send through WhatsApp.

Updated 2026-08-02

Who issues this notice

This notice is issued by Caregiver Malaysia, operator of caregivermalaysia.com.my, and is contactable through the website’s WhatsApp enquiry route. Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Without the basic location and care details, we may not be able to respond meaningfully.

Browser-based tools

Website browsing does not require an account. The planners, checklists and worksheets run in your browser. The site does not submit or store what you type into those fields. Printing or saving a PDF is controlled by your browser and device.

WhatsApp enquiries

Selecting a WhatsApp link opens a draft message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it after reviewing the draft. Information sent through WhatsApp is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms. Keep the first message brief.

Share the minimum

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, full identity documents or complete medical records in an opening message. Start with the town or postcode, preferred date and a broad description of the daily support needed.

How enquiry information is used

Information may be used to respond, clarify the care brief and discuss possible next steps. If exploring an option requires information to be shared with another person or organisation, the intended recipient and purpose should be explained first. Only the minimum relevant details should be shared.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is not currently enabled. If it is enabled later, it will be used for page and button-level measurement only. Names, phone numbers, health information, free-text care details and WhatsApp message contents must not be sent to analytics.

Retention, correction and deletion

Use the same WhatsApp thread to ask what enquiry information is held on our side, request a correction, withdraw from follow-up or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary to handle a current request, resolve a complaint or meet an applicable obligation.
